A Ouvidoria Acqio tem como princípio irrevogável atuar como a voz dos clientes que considerem suas reivindicações não solucionadas pelos canais de atendimento, criando um ambiente acolhedor no qual todas as reclamações, denúncias e sugestões vindas deste público são tratadas com isonomia, imparcialidade, ética e transparência.
